Recreational Software, Inc. was incorporated in the state of Arizona in 1995 to create and distribute specialized products for shooters. In 2003 we added specialized hardware instrumentation to our product offerings. Our software and hardware products are now used throughout the world by serious shooters, industry, the military and government agencies. Our physical place of business is 1343 Navajo Dr., Cottonwood, AZ 86326 at the foothills of Mingus Mountain, below the ghost town of Jerome, and on the opposite side of the Verde River Valley from Sedona.

Software Warrantee Policy: RSI warrants the media (computer disks) on which software is recorded to be free of defects for 90 days after date of purchase. Should a disk be found defective, RSI will provide the purchaser with a new disk at our expense.

Free maintenance updates are available for download from our web site. Should your original CD Rom be lost, a replacement can be purchased on line at nominal cost. If not purchased direct from RSI, proof of purchase or registration may be requested. Recreational Software does not warranty that Software will meet your requirements, that the operation of the Software will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Hardware Warrantee Policy: RSI warrants our hardware products against defective parts and/or workmanship for at least two years from the date of purchase. If it breaks with normal use by the original owner, we will fix or replace it! If the item was not purchased directly from RSI, first contact the dealer where the purchase was made. Customers who did not purchase the product direct from RSI may be asked to provide the original sales receipt or written proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover failures attributable to abuse, mishandling, failure to follow instructions, alterations or accidents.

If the product is accidentally broken, we will repair it for you at our cost. Other replacement parts and accessories are available for purchase from our on line store. Please notify us by email before you ship a module for repair and make sure you include a return address and written description of the problem.

Competitive Edge Dynamics (CED) offers a similar warrantee that of course we will honor for all customers who purchase CED products directly from RSI.
